We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

• contact information

We collect your personal information in order to:

• Reply to enquiries
• use emails for our email campaigns
• complete your project

Besides our staff, we share this information with:

• Xero in order to send invoices.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter phone numbers, we’ll be unable to phone you.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at [email protected].

Training tutorials

Some training tutorials may use images from areas on your website if the training modules were requested by you. We will never use sensitive material in our training modules. If the training is specific to your business only we will make these private and only available to you.

Where possible, we replicate the training on our website instead. This may not be an option if the training required is a particular plugin that only your business requires. Examples may include but are not limited to paid e-commerce solutions.

Training is only available on the Woodswork Web Training page, and each tutorial contains an embedded external YouTube training video.

Social media

We share images of websites we build on our Projects page and throughout our website. Woodswork Web also shows site builds on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest.

We sometimes add case studies about problems we solve. If you prefer not to be included, let us know.
